We want you to love your gadgets and gear from RushGlow! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
14-Day Right to Change Your Mind:
Under EU and UK consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Hygiene Exception: According to law, for health and safety reasons, sealed goods (such as personal care items, toothbrushes, in-ear headphones, or cosmetics) cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery.
How to Start a Return:
- Email us at support@rushglow.uk within 14 days of receiving your item to let us know you want to return it. Please include your order number. You can also fill out our Withdrawal Form if you would like to get an automatic confirmation of receival.
- We highly recommend waiting for our quick reply before shipping. We will provide you with a return reference number and helpful instructions to ensure your package is processed as quickly as possible once it arrives.
- Mail your item to our European processing facility: RushGlow Returns, Rua Fernao Peres Andrade, 39 1 E 2870-460 Montijo, Portugal
Please note: For standard returns (changing your mind), you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Defective or Damaged Items:
We stand by the quality of our products. All items come with a statutory legal warranty against defects and non-conformity in accordance with applicable consumer laws (typically 2 years for new items and 1 year for pre-owned items). If your item arrives defective, damaged, or develops a fault, please email us immediately with photos or a video of the issue. For defective items, we will refund your original shipping costs and cover the return shipping.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund (including standard original delivery costs, if applicable) will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 14 days.
