Order Processing:

All orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment partners within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates:

  • Europe: €3.99
  • Rest of the World: €6.99

We offer free shipping for all orders above €40.00.

Estimated Delivery Times:

We are committed to make all our delivery times under 10 business days. Because we source our unique products from various global partners to get you the best deals, delivery times can vary depending on your location. Please see our delivery estimate in checkout or in the order confirmation email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Almeida & Estulano Ltd (trading as RushGlow) is a UK-registered company. We fulfill orders using a global network of trusted suppliers located in various regions of the world.

Depending on your delivery address and which warehouse your item ships from, your package may cross international borders. Therefore, your order may be subject to local import duties, customs tariffs, and Value Added Tax (VAT) upon arrival in your country. RushGlow does not collect these fees at checkout. All customs fees, import taxes, and courier handling charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

For our customers within the European Union, we provide a streamlined shipping experience for all orders under €150.00. For these orders, VAT is already included in the purchase price at checkout. We process these shipments via our IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) scheme, which ensures your package is delivered directly to your door without additional customs duties or courier handling fees. Please note that for orders exceeding €150.00, standard import duties and taxes apply as described in our Terms & Conditions policy.

Shipping Restrictions:

Due to international sanctions and carrier restrictions, we unfortunately cannot ship to some locations: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo Republic, Crimea, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Donetsk Peoples Republic, Eritrea, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Lugansk Peoples Republic, Myanmar, North Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Russia, Ukraine, Venezuela and Yemen.
